Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Hello, everybody,

 

Thank you for your reading, and for your precious help.
When I start up with the stapler connected I get this error message. 66.60.31 stapler/receptacle failure. Of course I followed the advice but no change. Have you ever encountered a similar problem?

This error is a Stacker roller Lift Motor Error

 

Unfortunately, this is a hardware error related to the stapler.  It looks like it will require a technician to service and repair it.

While I may work for HP Inc, the views and opinions expressed here are my own.
