Welcome to HP Support Community, @Nens3930
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
1. Power Reset
Turn off the printer.
Unplug it from the wall or surge protector.
Wait 60 seconds.
Plug it back in and power on again.
This clears many temporary hardware/firmware glitches.
2. Firmware Update
If the printer boots far enough to accept updates:
Connect via USB or network.
Use the HP Smart app or HP’s support site to update the firmware.
Firmware updates can fix odd codes and improve stability.
3. Check Internal Components
Sometimes odd errors point to internal hardware communication issues (scanner module, controller board, memory). If you’re comfortable opening the printer or have a tech:
Reseat the toner cartridges.
Reseat connectors between control board and scanner/print engine.
Inspect for any obvious damage.
4. Factory Reset
If accessible:
Go to Settings → Printer Maintenance → Restore Defaults.
Resetting settings can clear configuration issues that trigger unusual codes.
(Be sure to note any network settings before resetting.)
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
