Use Adobe Reader to print PDF files. You may download the software from here.

Try printing.

Note: Uncheck the Optional offer/bundled software.

If you are able to print other files fine and not from Microsoft Edge, it seems like the issue is not with the printer but Microsoft Edge. try using a different browser like Google Chrome or Firefox.

For any issues with Microsoft Edge, you may contact its developer - Microsoft.

Keep me posted.

@documents, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

To assist you better, which model HP printer are you using?

Refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.

Which application are you trying to print from?

Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word or Webpages and check if the issue persists?

For now, let us try these steps:

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue

Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.

Update the printer firmware

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

Let me know how this goes.
