Every time I hit Print, I get a message on the printer saying Load Paper.  HP recommends ColorLok for best results.  I have to unplug and reboot the printer.

How do I get this to stop???

99% of the time this is caused by a conflict between what paper type and size is set on the control panel of the printer and what type and size of paper your application is trying to print on as well as driver settings. In most cases, the printer will be set for letter (or A4) depending on location and plain paper type. You should also ensure that the default paper type under print preferences in the driver is set for letter/plain.  On you computer go to control panel>devices and printer and right click on the icon for your printer and select "printer properties" from the drop down menu. Then follow the picture below

Consult the user guide here https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-color-laserjet-pro-m280-m281-multifunction-printer-series/14... on setting the paper size and type defaults on the printer itself.
