Hi @GP-150nw

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

People tend to forget. Remembering login credentials was never my cup of tea either. I see that you are trying to login to the EWS page of the printer but have forgotten the credentials. We may try restoring the wireless settings on the printer that may help.

Let us also try our luck using the default credential combinations like:

Admin-Admin or Admin-password or Admin- leave the password blank

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hi @Faxonueb

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Have you tried to restore the network settings on the printer and check if that helps as I mentioned in my previous post?

Keep me posted.

Hi Kumar0307,

Many thanks for responding to my question.

I tried the method you suggested, unfortuately I am still unable to login to my HP Color Laser 150nw. As suggested I also tried the logging in to the printer using the default credentials as you suggest, with no luck.

When I attempt to login to the printer, it displays "Login Failed. Please make sure your ID and Password are correct."

Can you lplease let me know what else I can do to reset the printer back to its defaults?

Many thanks
