Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

as I said in the topic, my printer prints images that has a light color faded and with yellow tint on the right and left edges of paper. I tried changing the cartridge twice but nothing worked. I also take it to the maintenance center and they said that it is fixed and they showed me the result and nothing  was wrong. I think the problem appears when I print with lighter colors like pastels. here is a link to the pic of the problem.

What results do you get printing the demo page? If these are non-HP supplies then this is not out of the range of what I see with customers using 3rd party toner.

yes, those are non hp cartridge toner but the problem started with hp toners. so I tried hp toners twice and the problem is still there. so I changed them to non hp toner and the problem is still there. I tried the demo page and the results are good and there was no issue. As I mentioned above the problem appears when I print light colors.
