please kindly help me i'm unable to update the firmware here

 

problem found

 

HP device update can't proceed

 

here everything is fine  but even though showing errors, how to resolve this problem

If you can run a firmware update from a computer with WIN 7.

How are you connected, USB, ethernet cable, wireless?

 

If wireless, it probably/typically won't work. Connect with either a USB or ethernet cable and install printer on your computer for that connection, then run firmware update thru it.
