Hello,
It's been about month ago that we can not access most of pdf on HP websites, especially MFPs, Desktops, Laptops...etc.
The message we receive is:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /v2/default.aspx on this server.
on example link for instance:
http://h20195.www2.hp.com/v2/default.aspx?cc=pk&lc=en&oid=9365256
please advise how to fix this issue.
Best regards.

Hi,
Any of these documents seems to be accessible and exists.
I would rather suggest clearng your browser cache and history or use a different browser, the error more likley caused due to changes made to the HP site lately and existing cache on your PC..

I tried different browsers, i don't know what happend it was working normally but suddenly the site start giving like that.
It seems that this message is coming from inside the Apache server due to some new restrictions were not exist before.
It has to be fixed to allow more types of clients.
