printer was already setup. when trying to print it would just stay in que. only way to print is to turn printer off and on and it will print the document in que and then stop connecting.(10 other pcs and 4 printers working fine on network)
unistalled/reinstalled with ip. looses connecting while trying to setup. have to restart multiple time to get it to see printer and install. still same issue. have to restart printer once files are in que for it to print.
any ideas?

Is the printer connected wireless?
If it is a network cable setup I would say disable IPv6, disable DHCPv6, and check the link/duplex speed. If it is set to "auto" I would turn it down to something like 100TX full or 100TX half. No 277dw here to log into to double check if those are even configurable.
maybe double check the hard wired connections also, if applicable. wall port to digital phone, digital phone to 5 port desktop switch, split from there to PC and printer-
If it is a wireless connection you may try moving it? could be some type of interference in the immediate area if you have 4 other printer working fine with the same configuration.
