HP laserjet mb281
macOS 10.12 Sierra

I keep getting paper jams, but I cannot find how to FULLY remove tray 2 and how to remove the feed slot tray so that I can reach the jammed paper.  Surely there has to be a way to fully pull those out to get to jammed paper, correct?  Thanks.

Hi,

Tray 2 should fully removed by pulling it out as shown below:

https://support.hp.com/hk-en/product/hp-color-laserjet-pro-m280-m281-multifunction-printer-series/14...

If it stuck in the middle please unplug the power from the printer and gently lift the printer a bit with both hands, then look at the bottom if any jammed paper may block the tray from opening.

Be sure to do a such carefully with any assistant as a laser printer is quite heavier

If you see you cannot remove it easily I suggest contacting HP Support as your printer is likely within warranty
