how to configure e-mail settings on HP Laserjet Enterprise 500 Colour MFP M575 printer/scanner?

How to configure e-mail settings on HP Laserjet Enterprise 500 Colour MFP M575 printer/scanner?  The office has 5 staff members each having e-mail addresses ending with e.g. someone@junior-albania.org.  We also created an email for the scanning option as scanner@junior-albania.org (not sure if creating an e-mail address for the scanning option is required).  We are not part of any domain and there is no server in the office.  When trying to configure the e-mail setting on the printer/scanner control panel it asks for the hostname. 

What hostname can I use? 

If trying to configure from the browser by using the IP address of the printer, it asks for the SMTP Server. On MS Outlook 2010 all our e-mails use mail.junior-albania.org as the Incoming and Outgoing mail server.  Other settings on MS Outlook 2010 are My Outgoing Server (SMTP) Requires Authentication box ticked and Use same settings as my incoming mail server selected.  On Advanced Tab: Incoming Server (Pop3): 110 (SSL Encryption is not ticked) and under Outgoing Server (SMTP): 465 Use the following type of encrypted connection (SSL). 

What SMTP Server can I use in this case?

I would appreciate your help in configuring the HP Printer/Scanner for scanning and sending by e-mail to the office staff members e-mail addresses.
