On your PC, go to control panel >devices and printers. Then right click the icon for your printer and select printer properties from the drop down menu. When the properties window opens, click the device settings tab and scroll down until you see installable options and find duplexer. If it shows as not installed, click on it and change to installed. Then click OK or apply until you close all the windows. Make sure that you restart your program before trying to print so that settings are updated.
