how to replace paper output tray extender

The paper output tray extender on my printer had broken, and I have a replacement. The question is, how do I put in the new paper output tray extender without breaking it?

* Enter Product number or select to auto detect

* Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"

* Scroll down and click on HP contact options - click on Get a Case & phone number.

They will be happy to assist you immediately. 

If the unit is under warranty repair services under the manufacturer's warranty will be free of charge.

JW1848h: Did you figure out how to reinsert the output tray extender?  If not, let me know and I will post a reply.  I just figured it out myself.
