I was moving my printer around.  I unplugged both the power and board before the move. (literally just turned it around to face the opposite direction) The printer powers up but there is no display and I cannot print to it.  I have tried rebooting computer; Unplugging and waiting 60 sec replug; pushing buttons....

On the right hand side you will see a small hole. Use a blunt toothpick to press and hold the button in that hole to see if the printer will print a page with lines on it. If it does not, unplug the printer, remove formatter (this is where your USB/parallel/network cable plugs in), by removing two screws, remove the plastic panel on the right side and then remove the formatter. Power up the printe with formatter removed and wait five minutes and then press the test button again. If you get a page then the printer works but the formatter has failed and will require replacement.

It printed the page with lines on it while the formatter was still in place.  Does this mean I need to replace the formatter?
