Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought this printer (hp Color Laser Jet Pro MFP m281 fdw printer) from your website, and i tried my best to let the printer print my documents from my hp laptop using: wireless, non-wireless, and hp printer USB cable, but nothing works with me?!!! So please i need help, and if there is any person or agency in Berlin so i can talk to them and follow up with them please?
