sir i have mfp m126 nw printer.today when i turned on printer to take print its thee notification light remains on(Wi fi indication, warnig indication and the green light indication).It seems that these signals get stuck somewhere and the control panel screen doesnt work as well.when i turned on the printer the thee indication lights on and stuck and control panel screen on printer shows nothing.I tried to rsolve it by hp print and scan doctor but problem didnt sort out.Softawre says everything works fine but page was unable to print.I also tried to reset it by removing the power cable for 60 sec than reconnect it and turn on the printer but that process also didnt worked for me as well. Please help me to get rid of this problem

Good that you still can install the driver, then it is not likely a hardware failure. Go to hp.com/support to download the firmware and upgrade your printer.

fellow i update both driver and firmware but problem still stuck.Indication ligth still glowing and printer control panel screen shows nothing.

I see some post, they can be fixed by turn off IPV6, not sure if your M126nw IPV6 can be turned off. if not, then maybe contact hp for an exchange if still in warranty.

The same problem I am facing since last one week. Still I have not found any solution. 

 

Control Panel screen & buttons are not working, HP Toolbox show all configuration of Printer and can be modified. 

 

Please Help.

fellow my problem is sort out but it wasn't solve by me and even i didnt know that wether its true or false.I go to repair shop(not hp serive center) the person told me that he changes the wire which connect pannel to the the power.He replace that with new one and prolblem solved.But i didnt agree with that ,i think that cable become loose or it might be because of dirt.inspite of going  to the repair shop try to figur out your self.when you open the printer on the left side you see a cable running towards panel try to replug it and i think your problem will sort out.although i am not agree with those words,but i think it was not a big issue i think the problem is because of some loose connection.but do it at your own risk.Good Luck buddy.I hope you succeded in your work .The repair shop charged me 1000 Rs. approx.(15 us dollar).

Printer control panel is on right side. So, I have to open the printer from right side. is it? I want to give it a try on myself.

AS I MENTION IN MY ABOVE POST THAT I AM NOT SURE ABOUT THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE REPAIR PERSON IS 100% CORRECT OR NOT.MY DOUBT OCCURS AT THAT TIME WHEN HE CALLED ME AFTER 5 MINUTES AND TOLD ME THAT YOUR PRINTER IS NOW STARTS WORKING AND WHEN I ASKED HIME THAT WHAT THING HE HAD CHANGED THAN HE SHOWED ME THAT CABLE WHICH COMES FROM LEFT SIDE TO THE CONTROL PANEL WHICH IS SITUATED ON RIGHT SIDE.WHEN HE REPAIRED IT IN 5 MINUTES THEN I GUESSES THAT HE DIDNT DO ANYTHING BECAUSE ONLY A LOOSE CONNECTION CAN BE CORRECTED IN SUCH SMALL INTERVAL OF TIME.

 

 

THE PRINTER CONTROL PANEL IS ON RIGHT SIDE BUT IT HAS TO BE OPENED FROM LEFT SIDE WHERE POWE CHORD AND USB ARE CONNECTED.AT THE BOTTOM OF LEFT SIDE THERE ARE SCREWS AND A LOCK WHICH YOU HAVE TO OPEN.ALTHOUGH I DID NOT OPEN IT MYSELF I JUST WATCH THAT REPAIR MANWHEN I FORCED HIM TO SHOW ME THAT WHAT THING HE HAD CHANGED IN SUCH SHORT PERIOD OF TIME.
