Just I did same as per your observation. I have opened right side panel of printer. First of all checked Control Panel connector and also verify other connector. Confirmed all connector properly..... and ........started printer.
Its working. Its working.
My control panel button works now perfectly. Nothing more I have did.
Your input save my time and apprx. Rs. 1000 .
