my hp clj 2840 showing error scanner error 5 always, many times switch off  switch on

hey guys i solved this case,

just need to clean the inside the flatbed scanner glass and top glass, thats enough it will work, (right now working)

How should I clean the inside scanner glass. Is this something I can do or should I take it to service repair center? I cleaned the top glass and the error message remains.

Wish I had read this earlier.  We were almost ready to spend a lot of money on a repair service.  All it took was cleaning the glass.  Thanks!
