hp inkjet 7500 ink problem

hello, just got a used hp7500, E910 and i cant  disable the HP Cartridge protection, there is no option in the tools settings or anywhere else( unless i cant find it ), tried various machine/mains off and on sequences, but still have the error, can any of you people help, thanks

There is no HP Cartridge protection on OJ 7500, that feature was introduced in later modes.

You might have some problem but it's not HP Cartridge protection.

sorry, bit it states "non hp cartridges, non hp cartridges installed " on the screen readout
