I connected via usb the printer hp laser jet pro m15 with mac OS X 10.10. Computer see printer, but when I send task for print no any reaction.

In system preferences several times reseted printer.

Disk utility are used too.

Can you successfully print a Configuration Report by pressing and holding the cancel button till the power light starts blinking?

Have you installed the printer drivers by following HP Easy Start?

Hi,

Is it an M15a or M15w printer?

 

Please be aware that the printer is supported on Mac OS X 10.11 or later versions, lack of drivers for your operating system will likely cause such behavior.

 

You may find the System Requirements listed below for both models of the series:

 

M15a

 

M15w

My model M15a.

I installed macOS Catalina 10.15.4. I tried to print, but the same situation. Computer see printer, but no printing.

I again in System preferences/Printers - removed and add printer. Situation the same...., no printing.
