Laserjet Pro 400 color M451
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Canot find any jams at all, It'll print page and then say open rear door and clear jam in output bin. Had everything out toners, paper tray. Checked flags in rear and all are moving fine. Performed nvram reset. still same issue i'm at wit's end here. 

If anybody has an answer that it will be great.

Lets try.Check the e flaps on top of the machine where the paper exits the fuser unit.There are a flap on each side of fuser unit,these flaps activates the output sensor.Maybe one is stuck in the wrong position.Should this not be the case you will have to remove some cover to reach the fuser unit and clean the sensor.Hope this helps.
