Product: desktop-3NQMNVR
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
After printing, I have a hp laserjet 600 M601n.  I print hundreds of paper at a time.  Only the legal-sized paper has occasional problems. The toner doesn't burn onto the paper. You can rub the ink off and it looks like fibers all over the page. My question is, is it my HP laserjet? or is it the toner?

If you are getting "spider web" like toner all over the page there is likely a problem with the cartridge. If OEM HP cartridge, not at low, contact HP for warranty replacement.
