My hp 602 Laserjet ran out of paper. When I tried to open Tray 2 it would only slide out about 3 to 4 cm
Any suggestion on how to rectify this problem would be very much appreciated. I can still load paper through Tray 1 .............Thank you

Look from the back of the printer. You may need to remove the back hanging piece. Most times this happens when the door used to replace the separation roller has popped up inside the printer and will not allow the draw to move towards the front. Two things to try. First get a stiff piece of mylar or even a thin plastic ruller and see if you can force it into the center of the paper tray in the front where it may force the cover down. Other way is to use a very long screwdriver from the rear with a flashlight to try a move the cover back down. Sometimes when doing this the cover will break off and most times you then need to replace the complete paper tray.
