Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a hp laserjet pro 200 mfp m276nw at our office which has worked fine for 2 years, but recently it started printing black lines all the way down the page at the right side. It does so with printing or copying, it doesn't matter if I print a blank page or not.

I have:

- reset the printer

- printed the cleaning page several times

- printed the diagnostic page; the black lines are there through all colors

What can I do?

The pattern in lines is repeating, it must be a toner issue.

Replace the black toner. It's very likely that your black toner is defective, it could also be the transfer belt but first, replace toner to eliminate black toner.

Viewing on my phone your sample is hard to see. If lines are always black then it is possible that the black cartridge is defective.  Other sources of the problem can be a bad transfer belt or fuser. A visual inspection of the transfer belt is possible by removing all the cartridges and looking at the grey surface underneath. The fuser on this model is hard to see without disassembly.

I've replaced the toner but it doesn't work. When I remove the cartridges to look "inside" I see something that looks like a belt but the colour is black, not grey. At first glance it looked fine but we cleaned it anyway (looking it up on the internet). But is doesn't make any difference.
