Hi there,
I have got a problem with my printer in this morning I start it up but is not pass the Initializing step.
I have read over internet few things to can fix it but not worked..
I have tried this ones:
NVRAM initialization, 427 MFP series = https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ICHIxpgf02E
Perform a Hard reset on the printer.
* With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and also unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
* Remove USB cable, if present.
* Wait for 2-3 minutes, press and hold the power button on your printer for about 30 seconds to remove any additional charge.
* Now plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector or an extension cord and then plug back the power cord to the printer.
* Turn on the printer and wait till warm-up period finishes and the printer is idle.
* Now check if everything works.
Please help me! I need this printer right now I don't have another one and I need this to print company documents!
Best Regards

If your printer will not boot then something internal may be damaged and need to be replaced.
Best bet is to contact HP support if you have remaining warranty for this machine. They can provide you with everythign you need to get you replacement parts, repairs or a replacement machine.
If you do not have warranty remaining then you will want to either send it into a HP certified repair shop for a quote or attempt to isolate teh problem down a little more to see if its temporary or somethign you feel comfortable replacing.
First step would be to confirm what the screen says when it gets stuck. Printers often list off the various tasks that they need to perform as they boot. This is a big clue when paired with a Service Manual to suggest where teh printer is having a problem. Take a picture with your phone and post it to the thread.
Next step would be to rule out power problems. Plug the printer directly into the wall and remove all USB and network connections. This will eliminate any bad print jobs attempting to be sent to the printer. It also rules out problems with a surge protector or power switch. Try a 2nd wall outlet just to be safe.
If the printer is still not reaching the ready screen then you will have to get your hands dirty. Its likely that somethign internal is fried and you need to isolate components one at a time along with the feedback generated from the control panel to figure out what is wrong. You could attempt easy part swaps with cartridges and fuser units, or just attempt to boot hte printer with them uninstalled to see if it detects them or not.
Good luck and let us know if you discover more information.

There is no need to wait, contact HP and have it serviced under the warranty if you have any remaining. Thats what the warranty is there for!
49 service error is a common error message. Pleanty of info on that floating around the web with a light search:

Give these suggestions a shot if you do not have any warranty remaining on your printer model.
