How is the printer connected to the PC, USB or wireless?

 

To know how to connect the printer to a Wireless network, refer to this document.

Make sure the printer and the PC are connected to the same wireless network.

 

To install the printer on the PC, use HP Full-featured driver

Click here to download the HP Full-featured driver.

Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.

 

You can also run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose any Connectivity or Driver issues.

Click here to download the file. Make sure to run the file once downloaded.
