Get message saying printer not connected. Installed a new iPad this week, so now have two iPad, old and new, both working, same email address, but no printer connection.

  • What is the printer model you use?
  • Make sure the printer and the iPads are connected to the same wireless network.
  • Update the printer firmware: Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.
  • Restart your network devices - the iPad, printer and your router/modem.
