Hi @BigDick3,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand your HP ENVY 6000 showing “no driver” when trying to print. Let’s go through a few checks.

Restart Printer and Computer

Turn the printer off.

Restart the computer.

Turn the printer back on.

Try printing again.

Add the Printer Again

Open Settings > Printers & scanners.

Select Add device.

Choose the HP ENVY 6000 printer when it appears.

Allow Windows to install the driver automatically.

Print a test page.

Install HP Smart

Open the Microsoft Store.

Search for HP Smart.

Install the app.

Open HP Smart and select Add Printer.

Complete the setup.

Note: HP Smart installs the correct driver automatically.

Check Windows Update for Drivers

Open Settings > Windows Update.

Select Advanced options.

Select Optional updates.

Install available printer driver updates.

Restart the computer.

Remove and Reinstall the Printer

Open Settings > Printers & scanners.

Remove the ENVY 6000 printer.

Restart the computer.

Add the printer again using HP Smart.

I hope this helps.
