Good morninig

i have the hp laserjet printer pro 500 color mfp m570dn which displays the message "it is impossible to calibrate the product", with colorless printing (greyscale) and page cleaning completely distort.
Pease help me.

If the paper is coming out of the printer creased and damaged, it is likely the fuser is bad - most common cause of creased paper. If the image on the paper is skewed, then paper is going through the printer crooked and will also come out damaged. Check paper path for obstructions and that paper is properly loaded in tray.

Can you post a sample. How are the toner levels? Are you using OEM or 3rd party toner? Did this start after a toner replacement was done?

thank for Your quick interaction.

Now the printer prints in color it was a factory setting problem.
the two remaining problems are: the message "it is impossible to calibrate the product" and the paper comes out of the fuser ovecompletely distorted.

about toner level: black 60% -cyan 20% - very low magenta - yellow 10%, I think the toners are originals.
