No idea what manual you are looking at. Has nothing to do with paper feed. See the attached.

I'm looking at the same manual, on that link it says for the 59.00.00 code is a paper path malfunction. That description doesn't help me much in correcting the code, which has only started since the paper feed was replaced

Hi @pacmatt22,

This error is usually a motor error. Try to find out which motor is failing by making a component test.

Administration -> Troubleshooting -> Diagnostics -> Component test

Test every motor (drum, fuser, feed, etc.) one at a time and see/hear which one does not work.

Then replace that motor.

Cheers!

Original Post Edited, Never answer a question when half asleep.

The 59.00.00 is a general failure usually caused by bad power

The 59.05 errors are related to main motor and toner cartridge. In many cases the drum unit in the cartridge does not rotate and replacing the defective cartridge will resolve the error. You can test the motor by going to diagnostics and running the motor test without a cartridge installed. If it passes it is a bad cartridge. If the test fails then likely the DC controller has failed and would require replacement.
