laserjet 6040 meter readings gone back to zero after nvram reset ?

hi,

we had to do an nvram reset then put the latest firmware on to fix an issue

the usuage meter readings have gone back to zero

it would be very helpful if anyone knows if i can input the readings we have back on ?

As long as you have the information you can input using the service menu. Attached is a diagram of the menu. Below is link so you can find the pin number you will need to enter the menu.
