Hello @Digi5678

Do the following

Turn off the modem and router if you have and turn off printer and disconnect the network cable

turn on the modem and wait for the lights to come up as usual and then do the same for the router if you have one

then turn on the turn on the printer and wait until it gets to the ready state , proceed to connect the network cable and let the printer try to connect for about 2 minutes then try to print the report again to get the IPV4 address that should be different than 0.0.0.0

Although I am an HP employee, I am speaking for myself and not for HP.

Say thanks by clicking the Kudos Thumbs Up to the right in the post.

That means it does not have a valid IP address.

You need to determine the IP address range and some that match that your network is using and set up the printer to work in that range.

If you open a command prompt on your PC and type in ipconfig /all you will get some information that you can then post here and I can help you further.

We need the IP address comma subnet mask, and default gateway.

If my post resolves your issue please click the accepted as solution button under it.
