I recently purchased new toner cartridges for my laser Jet Pro MFP M281fdw printer and when I installed them the message "Supply Memory Error" kept coming up. I've done the steps of unplugging the printer and restarting it after 10 mins with the new cartridges in them and i've made sure that all the wrappings and cear protective plastic has been removed, yet the same message comes up and i cant print anything.
Please help! What else can i do? The toner cartrige I'm trying to use is Premium Toner Cartridge. I made sure that this "brand" is compatible with my printer before purchasing it but now i'm not so sure?

Remove the cartridge and then reseat it. You might not have made a good contact between the chip on the cartridge and the chip reader on the printer.
If the problem persists then contact the cartridge manufacturer and ask for a replacement. Dud cartridges are common (especially with non-OEM) and easy to fix. The manufacturer or the supplier you purchased from should be happy and willing to provide you with a quick replacement.

I removed the cartridge and then reset it like you suggested but still to no avail.
I bought the cartridges one one of the online cartridge stores a few months back and didnt keep any of my reciepts and cant remember where i bought it from.. ( wont make that mistake again) so unless there is another trick, it seems like these are a dud.
