Sorry I read it as does not. Getting older and eyesite is not what is used to be. If the printer printed the demo page then you have a communication issue between the printer and the computer or driver issue. I do not work for hp as this is a volunteer site and sometimes we make mistakes. I would completely remove the printer from the computer and run the hp scrubber utility which should be on the disk that came with the printer and then reload again to see if that solves the issue.

Thank you. Is there any option if I don't have a disk? I got the printer second hand, so it came with nothing.

Follow these steps:

1. Click Start and type %temp% in the run field and click OK.
2. Look for, and open the folder starting with 7z (Example: 7zS2356) (if there is more than one 7z folder, try the most recent one)
3. Open folder Util
4. Open folder CCC
5. Run the uninstall_ L4.bat for a non-HP PC or run the Uninstall_L3.bat for a HP PC
6. When the uninstall has completed restart the computer
