Product: color laserjet pro mfp 476 nw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

two questions:

 

1. life expectancy of laserjet pro mfp 476 nw?

 

2. full page color print will have one or more different shade bands up to 3 inches wide.  Toner cartridges are not the problem as they have been changed out.  After changing different browsers, say internet explorer to firefox, the problem persists.

Hi I would like to assist to the best of my ability to solve your problem.I hope the information i supply will be of help.Just for information some technical information is protected by HP and is not allowed to be answered.This is unfortunate and you will have to contact a HP repair shop for the help in this case.Normally the machines are made to last for 5years .So the copy's per month volume 2500 x 60 should give you a idea of the lifetime of the machine.I might not be 100% accurate but its just an estimate.Hope this will help.
