Hi
My almost new HP Laserjet pro m102w printer jams immediate whenever I try to print. The printer worked initially when we bought it but has always made a lot of noise when turned on. When trying to print the paper jams immediately on the left side of the lead edge of paper about 2 cm from the left corner, there is a black plastic plate there so I can't see what is going on.
Any idea or instruction on replacement wold be very appreciated.

Welcome to HP support community.
Perform a power reset
- Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 30 seconds.
- Plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet and printer without any surge protector.
- Turn on the printer.
Follow the steps mentioned in this HP document to fix the issue:- Click here
I hope that helps.
