My M1212nf MFP just will not print jobs today.  It printed fine yesterday.  I turned it off last night, and this morning after turning back on it will not print any documents I send from my computer.  I am running Windows 7 Pro.

I have tried:  removing & reinstalling printer;  unplugging printer data cable & re-starting computer, then shut down computer & reconnected data cable & turned computer on.

I am able to use the settings on front of printer to print out configuration report just fine.  It just doesn't seem to want to receive documents from the computer.  Pulling my hair out!

So within the hour after posting earlier,  an HP window popped up on my computer asking if I wanted to install my printer yet again, so what the heck I said yes.  And after it installed that time it will finally print again!  I won't be turning the d@%n thing off again that's for sure.

Also - the very 1st time this morning my document wouldn't print, the printer status said it was "offline".  But since I started trying things to fix it, the print status of documents just says "error printing".  I have deleted the documents from the spool after each try of course.
