Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

My Printer m570dn asks for a password which I cant remember setting. Is there a default password or how can I reset it ?

If you're trying to get into a service menu there is a default personal information number or pin, but there is no default password.

Yes I am trying to access the service menu on the printer and the web console but password promt keeps coming. I cant remember putting the PIN. How can I reset it ?

I can't tell you that, but you can do an internet search for the troubleshooting manual for that machine and it will be in the manual.

The manual will not be on the HP website.
