laserjet pro m252dw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This is a strange one despite using oem cartridges in my printer and all levels being 90% or more.

Not having error messages reported and the issue occurs whether I try to print something from my computer or directly from the printer tried everything suggested so far to no avail!

Please help as I really dont want to scrap this printer it was working fine and doesn't get used much

Any ideas?

so yellow and black are fine? Is there any magenta or cyan toner at all, even specks? It could be a laser issue or possibly a high voltage issue.
