Hi, welcome to the forums, you have posted on the English only support site so I am relying on a google translation which says you have blank pages coming out. First try an engine test. On the right side of the printer  you will see a small hole, using a paper clip press and hold the button until the engine cycles and you should get a page of vertical lines, if you do not get lines then the problem is the printer, not a driver issue, proceed below. If the page has lines then you may have a driver issue on your PC.

Things to check if you do no get lines on the engine test:

 

  • did you recently change the toner cartridge? If so you have have neglected to pull the strip from the side that keeps the toner in place during shipping. Reinstalling the old cartridge should show whether the cartridge is bad or there is a problem with the printer, assuming the old cartridge was working even a little when replaced.
  • You may have a damaged contact inside the printer. If you remove the cartridge and look at the left side there is a metal wire that contacts the drum and provides ground.  There have been cases where this wire gets out of place and fails contact the drum properly. Usually can be bent back into the correct position. Item circled in red in photo, ignore the callouts 1 and 2, this is the only picture I had readily available showing this contact. 4015 drum contact.jpg
