Thank you for posting on HP Forums,
Flower_Bud is at your service.
As I understand, you're having difficulty printing multiple pdf files,
No worries, as I'll be glad to help you, that said, I'll need a few more details to dissect your concern & provide an accurate solution:
When was the last time it worked fine?
Were there any hardware/software changes made?
You could refer to this document: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03466081
How do I save multi-page documents or multiple photos into a single PDF file?
Hope this helps,
Keep me posted 🙂
Cheers!

Thanks for responding,
It's great to have you back,
Which application are you trying to scan from?
Could you share a picture of the screen (I would like to check the option you're receiving)?
If you scanned from the scanner glass, load the next page or photo on the glass, and then click the plus button
or
in the HP Scan preview window to scan the next item. Repeat this step until all pages or photos are scanned, and then click Save.
You could also HP Scan and Capture app: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04675206
Let me know,
Cheers!
