Hey there! @QaimSoomro, Welcome to HP forums.

I understand when you print from your printer you have print quality issues.

Don't worry I'll try to help you out.

Did you make any changes to your printer?

Does the issue persist when you make a copy from your printer?

Have you tried printing from a different application does the issue persist?

Are you printing from a browser or application?

As you mentioned when you print from your printer the fonts are not getting printed correctly.

Try the steps recommended below.

Check the document

If a specific document prints garbled or illogical text, or is missing text or graphics, there might be a problem with that document.

  1. Make sure that the document is not missing text or graphics, and contains no blank pages. You can use the Print Preview option in the software program (if available) to check the document.

  2. Try to print a different document.

  • If this document prints normally, there is likely a problem with the original document.

When you print, use File > Print or Control-P on the resulting window click on Preferences, then on the Effects tab.  Select the correct settings.

Start a print job in your browser (using File > Print or ctrl-P, not with a print icon), on the resulting page there should be a setting for the page scaling.  Set it to "fit to page" or equivalent.

Also, if the issue persists only when printing from a particular application try to uninstall and reinstall the software from your PC.

If the copy works fine uninstall the printer software from the root level on your PC and install the full feature printer software.

In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.

Select your HP printer.

Select Uninstall.

In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.

In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”

Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.

Type printui.exe /s and click OK.

Click on Drivers tab.

Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click remove at the bottom.

Select OK.

Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.

Close Devices and Printers.

Update the full feature printer software using this link: https://hp.care/2rbCnbq
