The touch screen on my laserjet pro mfp 127fw suddenly stopped working.
The printer will still print and scan just fine when accessed from my computer, but nothing works on the touchscreen, and I don't know why that suddenly changed.
I've tried unplugging the printer's power, hodling down the on/off button for 15 secs, then replugging it andletting it boot back up -- that didn't solve the problem.
After that, I also tried updating the firmware. Still no luck.
Help welcomed on getting this resolved.

Any help available to trouble shoot this please?
I've had this HP printer for about 2 years, so it seems to early to throw in the towel on it. (I had my previous HP printer for over 20 years -- it was a magnificent beast!)
