new printer is admin locked

I received an E77830 printer to install but the same came with password. but had never been used. I can't put ip adress or mess with her settings. already tried several passwords but remains blocked.

Unless set by an admin the password is blank. If someone has set a password, in which case you need to get it from them ir perform a partial clean on the device.

the equipment was sealed, had never been used and I don't know how it came with a password. I used several passwords to try to access the equipment but not one worked. I'm already considering doing a reset on the equipment.
