no color laserjet 3800n even in the printer test

hi

i have some problem with my 3800n since few days

i have labtop with linux mint and windows 10. in each of them i can't print in color

 even in "peripherique configuration" -->"diagnostics"-->"test des bandes de couleur" all is black, no color

if i try to print something with text color the print is not readable, you can guess there's something print but not readable

if in the printer i put "no color", the same doc is readable, in black but readable!

in this contaitment period i must to have my printer ok!

black:31%   cyan:7%     magenta:35%    yellow:63%

If printing in black when you want it in color both from HP 3800's inside report menu and from computer then it is the problem of the transfer belt.

The solenoid which hiding  inside the belt is getting sticky and not working properly to print out in color.

It's easy to fix.

Putting a piece of V-shape paper in between the solenoid to block its sticky again and all will be fine.

i just apply your solution and immediately the color came back on my 3800n.

i read in the post that you give to me that this is not a part that hp can sold. So if you not DIY, the printer is going to trash can!
