Okay, is that with or without the formatter installed? If you can get that page to print out with and without the formatter installed then you just need to replace the control panel.

Hello, if you remove the formatter and try doing a print engine test, does anything print or do you hear anything of the motors turn? Also, is the sceen backlit and blank, or just completely off?

Thanks for your assistance. I have tried what you asked and no nothing happens no motors, fans etc.. the screen is completly black (off).

Okay, so can you verify if the machine has power going to it? Are any of the light or LEDs lighting up or anything? Also, to rule this out, is it possible to swap the control panel from another printer and see if there is any change to the screen being blank?

I don't have a panel that i can swap, however the formatter has a red light in the heart shape and the led above it is green

I can push the button on the side of the printer and it does print a page with lines on it.
