p1005 black vertical line on the left extremety of the page

Hello together,

Since a long time my HP printer ( laser jet p1005) prints vertical black lines in every page. I took the toner out and put it again. I took all the paper and put it in the right position again, but my actions did not solve the problem. Therefore I am here to listen to your wise words.

If it is straight vertical line it could be the toner cartridge

Most print defects are caused by either a bad cartridge. Take the cartridge out and examine the bluish cylinder on the bottom. If you see toner or a mark on it that matches the defect then you will need to replace the cartridge. Can you post a sample?
