When printing/copying etc. The printer makes a clicking noise and paper feeds correctly but stops and a jam error shows to remove the paper jam within the machine behind the cartridge. Tried turning off the printer and disconnecting and waiting 5 mins, removing any debris (paper that is jammed) then reconnecting everything, only to find out that when I turn it back on the clicking still persists and everything is getting paper-jammed again. PLEASE HELP ME FIX

Hi I would like to assist to the best of my ability to solve your problem.I hope the information i supply will be of help.

When you power on the machine and it does the pre warm up cycle do the sound also appear to be there.Like tik, tik.tik when the motors are turning. Then i would inspect the fuser unit for damage.Hope this helps.

You will have to remove the toner cartridge and inspect the fuser unit where the paper exits the machine with a flash light and see if there is any damage to the rollers.Hope this will help.
