When printing/copying etc. The printer makes a clicking noise and paper feeds correctly but stops and a jam error shows to remove the paper jam within the machine behind the cartridge. Tried turning off the printer and disconnecting and waiting 5 mins, removing any debris (paper that is jammed) then reconnecting everything, only to find out that when I turn it back on the clicking still persists and everything is getting paper-jammed again. PLEASE HELP ME FIX

Hi I would like to assist to the best of my ability to solve your problem.I hope the information i supply will be of help.
You will have to remove the toner cartridge and inspect the fuser unit where the paper exits the machine with a flash light and see if there is any damage to the rollers.Hope this will help.
