Hello everyone, I have a HP LaserJet Pro M12w but, on the left side, faded print. I have performed the cleaning many times and also used the appropriate application (hp print and scan doctor). What should I do ? Thank you !

Hi I would like to assist to the best of my ability to solve your problem.I hope the information i supply will be of help.
It might be that the toner cartridge is faulty or close to empty.Or it can be a dirty laser unit.Maybe try to remove the toner and give it a little shake and retry the print.Should there be a difference then replace the toner cartridge.Should there be no difference i think that the laser unit is dirty.
Hope this helps.
It is so nice to give some help where possible and the forum is a great idea Thank You.Sometimes a picture speaks louder than words to find a solution.Should you find my help use full just give some credit for my effort please.
.Thank You.Copier-Pro

What is your toner level?
Remove toner gently shake it 5-6 times left-right insert toner back in and print something for a test. If the print quality after shaking toner is good then your toner is close to empty and you will need to get a new one.
