Hp MFP 178 nw

New printer Hp MFP 178 nw initially printed 2-3 pages however today shows Incompatible cyan, magenta, yellow, black error.One thing i would like to mention here is that in the initial setup my country was not in options so i selected malaysia however through laptop i was able to set it to Pakistan don’t remember exactly what setting it was however could that be an issue if so how can i undo it?

  1. May I know where the printer purchased and where it's been used?
  2. Have you installed the full-featured drivers on your computer?
  3.  What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone?

 printer has been purchased and used in Pakistan , as for drivers the printer did not require them as per HP Easy start and worked directly with wifi or wifi direct on my Mbp

Kindly perform steps 5 from this document. If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. as this could be a hardware issue.
